UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material.
It is stated by Shri K. Radhakrishnan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the amount involved will be around Rs.10 lakh. Having regard to the amount, we decline to entertain the present Special Leave Petitions any further. The Special Leave Petitions are accordingly dismissed. However, the questions of law, if any, are kept open.
In view of the dismissal of the present Special Leave Petitions such amount as may be found due to the respondents be paid to them.
