It is submitted that counsel for the respondent has on 26.10.2015 filed counter affidavit in respect of Respondent No. 2 without serving its copy on the other side. Letter to the Counsel for Respondent No. 2 has been sent on 02.11.2015 but she has not taken appropriate steps so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 28, 30 to 36 so far.

Service is complete.
