In the meantime, in the event the applicants/petitioners deposit requisite fees to the Himalayan Institute Medical Sciences, Dehradun (Respondent No.4) by tomorrow i.e. 15.11.2022, they shall be permitted to appear in the examination scheduled to be held on 16.11.2022 provided they fulfill other eligibility criteria.
This arrangement shall be without prejudice to the rights contention of the parties and subject to the final outcome of these petitions or any further order or orders that may be passed in these matters.
