UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. R. Venkataramani, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the students submits that they have deposited fees @ Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) per annum, which was initially fixed by the Government.

Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Institution however submits that the Orders passed by the Government were subject matter of challenge and the Appellate Authority has ruled that the present Institution would be out of the the Fee Fixation regime put in place by the Government. Consequently, the Institution placed the matter before the concerned Committee appointed by the University which has then finalized the Fee Structure at a certain level.

Issue notice, returnable on 09.09.2022.

Let these petitions be listed along with SLP (Civil) Diary No.20295 of 2022, before the appropriate Court.

Pending further consideration, all the petitioners shall deposit Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) per person in the Registry of this Court. Let the concerned deposits be made within six weeks from today.

In the meantime, the parties are at liberty to exchange their pleadings.
