The present application has been filed for deletion of appellant No.3(i). Appellant No.3(i) stands deleted from the array of parties and the legal heirs of the same have already been brought on record in terms of the application which was allowed on 25.10.2019 in I.A. No.109869 of 2019. In view of the above, IA No.270008/2024 is allowed.

The present application is filed seeking correction of memo of parties with respect to appellant No.3.2. The application is allowed. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the array of parties.
