UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent $Nos.2-5.$

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No.6 shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of West Bengal. Service of notice is complete on the Spondent No.7, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. List again on 06.08.2015.
