Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the principles laid down by this Court on 28.07.2010 in C.A.No.2523/2008 and connected appeals (Anand Singh & Ors. vs. State of U.P. & Ors.) coupled with the fact that the petitioners made their representation for the first time $\overline{on}$ 01.2018 only, we are satisfied that no case to interfere with 18.30:40 impugned judgment dated 15.04.2024 passed by a Division Bench of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is made out.

2. The instant Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

3. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
