UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

It will be open to the petitioner to make a representation before the authorities concerned for premature release of the

prisoner(s). Once the representation is made, the same shall be disposed of and the result will be communicated to the petitioner(s). In case the jail authorities have forwarded report in re premature release/remission, the same would be considered. If aggrieved, the petitioner(s) may challenge the orders passed before the High Court in accordance with the law.

The writ petition, accordingly, is disposed of.
