Service of notice is complete qua Respondent No.2 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.
The names of common respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have been deleted from the array of parties.
In respect of respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No.23548/2019 IA for direction is filed to serve him by pasting notice or through publication. Ld. Counsel for petitioner is directed to file proper Interlocutory Application for publication.
Additionally, fresh steps for the service of notice to said respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above. Trial Court may serve him personally or may adopt the procedure of pasting notice on the premises.
Four weeks' time, as a last chance is given to Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 in all other matters to file counter affidavit as this respondent has not filed any counter affidavit under Order 21 Rule 14(1) of SCR, 2013 and has also not filed any application for extension of time in terms of Order V, Rule 1(22) of SCR, 2013.
