The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th

August, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the relevant material.

Delay condoned in both the Special Leave Petitions.

Issue notice in both the Special Leave petitions limited to the issue of recovery of salary, etc. drawn by the petitioners during the period the petitioners had served in the post of Gazetted Officer.

In the interim, it is directed that until further orders recovery of salary, etc. shall not be made from the petitioners."

Subsequently, the matters above-mentioned were listed before the Registrar's Court on 20th January, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"SLP(C) No.23477/2014

Service is complete on respondent Nos.3 to 6 but no one has put in appearance.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has yet not filed, despite order of the Registrar's Court dated 21.11.2014.

SLP(C) No.23479/2014

Service is complete on respondent Nos.3 to 5 but no one has put in appearance.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has yet not filed, despite order of the Registrar's Court dated 21.11.2014.

Both the matters fall under the complete category. Registry to process for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court notice was issued on 15th October, 2014 to all the Respondents. There are six Respondents in SLP (C) No. 23477 and five Respondents in SLP (C) No. 23479 of 2014. Mr. T. V. Ratnam, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in both matters but no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of said Respondents so far. A. D. Cards duly signed have been received from all Respondents in both SLPs but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 in SLP (C) No. 23477 of 2014 and Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in SLP (C) No. 23479 of 2014.

Service is complete on all the Respondents in both SLPs.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
