However, a submission has been made on behalf of the petitioner No. 3, by learned counsel, -2- SLP(Crl.)6323/11 indicating that he too was a juvenile at the time of commission of the offence. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed as far as the petitioner Nos.1,2 and 4 are concerned.

Let the Special Leave Petition, as far as

the petitioner No.3 is concerned, be taken up for further consideration three weeks hence, to enable the petitioner to provide evidence in support of his claim of juvenility.
