We are pained to note that the order has not been implemented qua the petitioner/applicant. Not

only that, the counter affidavit has nothing to do with the case of the petitioner/applicant which also shows non-application of mind.

In redemption, learned senior counsel submits that the order qua the petitioner will be implemented within two weeks on instructions from the Registrar.
