HARIKRISHNA Respondent(s) O R D E R This Court, vide order dated 11.07.2016, directed the parties to approach the Mediator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement of their disputes. As per the Mediation Report dated 30.08.2016, the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement and hence the Mediation failed. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Although the respondent in-person did not appear before us, however he has filed an affidavit stating therein as follows: ⬠S4. That I have no objection if the transfer petition of the petitioner is allowed⬠\235 For the grounds stated in the Transfer Petition and moreover the respondent has no objection to the transfer, we direct transfer of H.M.A. Petition No. 459 of 2015 titled as ⬠SS.
