As per the Mediation Report dated 30.08.2016, the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement and hence the Mediation failed. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Although the respondent in-person did not appear before us, however he has filed an affidavit stating therein as follows: ⬠S4.
