UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In view of the non-compliance of the condition imposed by an Order dated 8.6.2020, the High Court cancelled the interim bail granted to the appellant and directed him to surrender forthwith. On 07.09.2020, this court extended the time for payment of amount of Rs. 20 lakhs by four weeks. It was made clear in the order that in case, the petitioner would not deposit the amount within a period of four weeks, the order of the High court shall revive.

The above application has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for depositing the amount of Rs.20 Lakhs.

We direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 10 lakhs within a period of one week from today and Rs.12 lakhs within a period of four weeks from today.

In case the amount is not deposited as directed above, the order of the High Court shall revive.

The Registry is directed not to entertain any further application for extension of time in this case.

The M.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
