Ms. Laxmi Kumari, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Puneet Taneja, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for Respondent No.1. She seeks and is granted two weeks time to file vakalatnama.
Learned counsel for appellant is directed to provide soft copy of the petition/appeal to the learned counsel for respondent No.1 within a weeks' time and file proof thereof.
In terms of Order dated 20.1.2023 passed by Hon'ble Court, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to file spare copies for issuance of notice on the other respondents as well.
However, as requested, two weeks time, as a last chance is granted, to file the spare copies.
In case the same are filed, notices be issued to the respondents with utmost dispatch and list the matter again on 12.4.2023.
In case of default whereof, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.
