UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 2668-2671 of 2022

Learned counsel for the petitioner was required to deposit a sum of Rs. 1121/- as deficit in printing charges vide Order dated 29th April, 2022 within two weeks. According to the learned counsel the said deposit was made on 25th May, 2022, though after expiry of two weeks. A photostat copy of the deposit receipt is placed on record. The office report dated 07th July, 2022 which is a date after 25th May, 2022 states that the deficit amount of Rs. 1121/ has not been deposited. Another report is said to be of today's date i.e 12th August, 2022 which is available online and according to the Court Master the said report also mentions that the deficit amount has not been deposited. Office to submit a fresh report confirming the deposit after due verification as stated by the counsel for petitioner and also tender explanation in case the amount was already deposited on 25th May, 2022, why it was shown to have not been deposited.

List the matter again on 26th August, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C)32567/2018 states that he has instructions to get the respondent nos. 3 to 5 deleted from the array of parties at the risk and responsibility of the petitioner. Request is accepted as prayed.
