Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent No.3 has been received back with postal remarks "Insufficient address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of three weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
