Ms. Puja Dewan Seth, learned counsel submits and she is appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 41, 42, and 43 in SLP (C) Nos. 9306-9313 of 2019 and Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 to 15 in Civil Appeal No. 1823. The learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the abovesaid respondents.

By way of last indulgence, two weeks time is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to rectify the defects or to move appropriate application, as prayed for, for deletion of the unserved respondent.

List after two weeks.
