This is an appeal granted by this Hon'ble Court on 19.11.2010 in SLP(C) No. 13470/2007 against the Judgment and order dated 01.05.2007 of the High Court of Judicature for Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.A. No. 370/2007.

It is submitted that there are 53 respondents in the matter abovementioned. Respondent Nos. 13, 5, 6, 912, 14, 1621, 24, 26, 27, 2932, 3448 and 50 are represented through Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate and respondent Nos. 4, 15, 23, 28, 33 and 49 are represented through Ms. G. Madhavi, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 5153 are served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. The names of respondent Nos. 7, 8, 13, 22 and 25 have been deleted vide Chamber Judge's Order dated 20.09.2010 passed in I.A. No. 4.

Service is complete.

Counsel for the Appellant has not filed statement of case so far but the same has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 16, 912, 1421, 2324 and 2650. (Copy of the same already included in the Paper Books).
