The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.11.2010, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Leave granted. The appeal will be heard on the SLP Paper Book. Additional documents, if any, may be filed by the parties.

It is submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has on 22.09.2016 filed an application for early hearing with affidavit and Annexure A1 which is registered as I.A. No. 4 of 2016. (Copy of the same has been placed with appeal paper books).

It is further submitted that there are 53 respondents in the matter abovementioned. Respondent Nos. 13, 5, 6, 912, 14, 1621, 24, 26, 27, 2932, 3448 and 50 are represented through Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate and respondent Nos. 4, 15, 23, 28, 33 and 49 are represented through Ms. G. Madhavi, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 5153 are served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. The names of respondent Nos. 7, 8, 13, 22 and 25 have been deleted vide Chamber Judge Order dated 20.09.2010 passed in I.A. No. 4.

Service is complete.

Counsel for the Appellant has not filed statement of case so far but the same has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 16, 912, 1421, 2324 and 2650.

The application in the appeal abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
