It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Deepak Parkash, Advocate on 29.06.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 16.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 1923 of 2014 along with the application for exemption from filing official translation.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 15680 of 2016 Entitled " Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd. Versus Ajmer Singh And Anr. " as both are arising out of common Order.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of letter dated 19.08.2010, 28.02.2013, 20.12.2014, 03.07.2015 and award dated 11.03.1987, 28.05.2013, notification dated 05.04.2009, 11.10.1995 and order dated 21.11.2012, 26.11.2008. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 04.07.2016 stating therein that the same are not necessary and counsel has requested to register the matter at his own risk.
