The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 6th MAY, 2013, when the following order was passed:

"In SLP(C) Nos. 28194-28199/10 fresh notice has been issued. Await return of notice of respondent No.2. Petitioner is granted four weeks time for filing proof of dasti.

In SLP(C) No.15481/11 and 36926/12 the respective petitioners are granted four weeks time as a last chance for complying with the order dated 14.03.2013 to complete service as against the unserved respondents who are the petitioners in SLP(C) No.21622/12.

In all other remaining cases, await return of notice of the unserved respondents.

List the matter on 2.08.2013.�

SLP NO. 28194-28201 OF 2010

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the unserved Respondent No. 2 in SLP No. 28195/2010 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22nd May, 2013 filed an affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service in respect of unserved Respondent No. 2 which shows that dasti notice has been served on 22nd July, 2011 on Respondent No. 2. Service of notice is complete but no one has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of said respondent so far. SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION NOS. 15481-15489/2011

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for effecting service of notice in respect of unserved Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 15481/2011 and counter affidavit has also not been filed on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 so far.

SLP (C) No. 28966 of 2012

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 so far.

SLP (C) No. 36926 of 2012

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting dasti service notice on unserved sole respondent with a request to file affidavit of service alongwith proof of service but he has not filed the same so far.

It is further submitted that cousnel for the petitioner has on 17th July, 2013 filed a letter dated 2nd July, 2013 (copy enclosed) of the Assistant Commissioner (Law), Siliguri, West Bengal stated therein that dasti notice has been sent on 2nd July, 2013 to unserved sole respondent (Sri Ved Prakash Wadhwani, Managing Partner) through the E-mail as provided by Sri Prakash on contact made over mobile and it has been confirmed too.

SLP (C) No. 21622 of 2012 It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to counsel for the petitioner for effecting dasti service on unserved respondent No. 4 (State of Sikkim) with a request to file affidavit of service alongiwth proof of service but she has not filed the same so far.

SLP (C) No. 14751, 14752 and 14753 of 2013

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to three respondents common in all the matters on 27th April, 2013 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the matter has been received back so far.

SLP (C) No. 19998 of 2013 The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th July, 2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Issue notice returnable within six weeks. To be heard along with SLP (C) 28194-28201/2010.�

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued all the respondents only on 30th July, 2013 through registered A.D. post. Service of notice is awaited.

The office report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders.
