UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 15669-15671/2023, SLP(C) No. 15660- 15662/2023 Respondent nos.1 to 3 have already filed counter affidavit.

All the other appearing respondents have failed to file counter affidavit, despite grant of last opportunity. Hence, further opportunity is hereby declined.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to take fresh steps to issue notice to all unserved respondents as mentioned in office report dated 24.12.2024.

List again on 10.02.2025.

Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent nos.8 and 12 to 15 but after the opportunity was declined. Hence, the Hon'ble Court be apprised of the same.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copy along with application seeking condonatoin of delay in filing spare copy in respect of respondent no.9. The said application is hereby allowed. Consequently, the delay stands condoned. Let notice be issued immediately to respondent no.9.

Service is complete on remaining respondent, but none has entered appearance.
