Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The Debts Recovery Tribunal had granted an order of status quo to be maintained between the parties. dated 17.09.2021, has stayed the order of the High Court.

Sh. Dhruv Mehta, learned senior counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 5 to 13, has no objection for continuation of the order passed by this Court on 17.09.2021. His only request is for speedy disposal of the matter pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

The submission of the learned senior counsel is accepted.

We direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. The interim order granted by this Court on 17.09.2021 shall continue till the disposal of the matter before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

In view of above, the Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
