It is argued by Mr. Rohatgi, learned senior counsel that the petitioner has been granted bail. However, condition (g) for bail, according to him, is unsustainable as after the grant of bail there cannot be an order of remand.
Issue notice on the aforesaid aspect, returnable in three weeks.
Till the next date of hearing condition (g) shall be kept in abeyance.
