The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th July, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing O.T. are allowed. Issue notice returnable in six weeks. Since the private respondents have appeared through Mr. Khilan.S. Ehandrani, Advocate, notice on their behalf is waived. Hence notice should now go to the non-appearing respondent-State. Till next date of hearing, status quo shall be maintained with respect to service of the petitioners and in case they have not handed over the charge, the petitioners shall continue on the post of Police Sub-Inspector until further orders."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are eleven respondents in the instant matter. Mr. Nikhil Goel, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 4 to 10 but no counteraffidavit has been filed so far. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the remaining respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 11 by registered A. D. post on 27.07.2016. Neither A. D. card nor unserved covers have been received back from respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 11 so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 11.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
