Respondent nos. 3 to 6 are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. List again on 10.8.2016."

It is submitted that counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 though served. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 has filed counter-affidavit.
