It submitted that as directed above, fresh show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 was issued on 26.11.2015 by registered A.D. A. D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent Nos. 2 but no one has entered appearance so far. Neither A. D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 so far. Counsel appearing for Respondent no. 1 has not filed counter-affidavit so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
