"SLP(C) No.23684 and 23839/2014

Among eight respondents, counter affidavit of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 8 is already on record. However, for respondent Nos.3, 4 and 6 it is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time.

As far as respondent Nos.5 and 7 are concerned, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service.

List both the matters again on 1.4.2015."

It is submitted that there are eight common respondents. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 8 are represented by Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are represented by M/s. Corporate Law Group and respondent No. 6 is represented by Mr. Anip Sachthey, Advocates. In respect of respondent Nos. 5 and 7, fresh notice has been issued and service of notice is awaited.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service of copy of Special Leave Petition served on Mr. Sibushankar Mishra, for respondent No. 5 and on Mr. Gopal Singh, Advocate for respondent No. 7 but no vakaltnama and appearance has been filed on their behalf.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
