SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION(CIVIL) NO. 23684 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are eight respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the eight respondents on 14th November, 2014. A.D. card duly signed has been received from respondent No. 1 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 8, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is submitted that there are eight respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the eight respondents on 18th October, 2014. A.D. cards duly signed have been received from respondent Nos. 1 and 4 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5 to 8, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.
