We have heard learned Solicitor General of India on behalf of 1. the petitioner-Prachar Sabha as well as Mr. Basavaprabhu Patil, learned senior counsel on behalf of some of the respondents.
- In our considered view, all the issues sought to be raised in these special leave petitions can be effectively urged before the 1647 D<sup>S</sup> Vision Bench of the High Court in the writ appeals pending adjudication.
