UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

Counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that respondent no.8 had expired on 3.10.2011 i.e. during the pendency of the appeal before the High Court. However, death of respondent no.8 was not informed to the High Court and consequently Resolution Representatives of deceased respondent no.8 were not brought on record before the High Court.

Applications for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased respondent no.8 and setting aside abatement along with applications for condonation of delay in filing said applications are filed now before this court.

Registry reports that there is a delay of 2381 days in filing the application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased respondent no.8. Hence, the Registry is ordered to post the application for hearing before the Court.
