The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 07.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"The office report indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent No. 5 which is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said application. List again on 26.10.2015."

It is submitted that application for substitution to bring on record the proposed Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 5 was listed before Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 12.10.2015, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"As prayed, three weeks' time is granted to file vakalatnama on behalf of legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 5."

It is further submitted Vakalatnama/Appearance of proposed Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 5 is awaited. Counsel appearing for Respondent nos. 1-4 & 6-44 has already filed counter affidavit.

The matter above-mentioned are listed before Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
