UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Today, it is fixed for cross-examination of Mr Jagmohan Singh Mann(DW-1).

The witness, DW-1 is present.

Ld. Counsels for both the parties are present.

DW-1 is cross-examined by the ld. Counsel for the plaintiff-State of Rajasthan. The statement of DW-1 has been recorded in question and answer format in the presence of ld. Counsels for the parties from Question No.1 to Question No.9.

The ld. Counsel for the plaintiff-State of Rajasthan has confronted six documents and out of them, first three documents are marked, subject to proof, as Exb.No.P-1(CON)-1 to P-1(CON)-3 and the other three documents are marked at Exb.P-1(CON)- 4 to P-1(CON)- 6.

At this stage, the ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks for adjournment. Accordingly, further cross-examination of DW-1 is deferred for the day.
