Today, it is fixed for further cross-examination of Mr Arun Kumar Gupta, PW-1.

The witness(PW-1) is present.

Ld. Counsel for the parties to the Suit are present. PW-1 is further cross-examined by the ld. Counsel for defendant No.1-State of Punjab. Statement of PW-1 has been recorded in question and answer format in the presence of the ld. Counsels for both the parties from Question No.67 to Question No.77.
