Ld. Counsels for the plaintiff and defendant are present. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed an application seeking adjournment of the matter and defer further cross-examination of PW-1 till 15th April, 2023 as the witness is not keeping well.

Heard. The IA is allowed. Further cross-examination of PW-1 is deferred for the day and also on 28th and 29th March, 2023.

With the consent of ld. Counsels for both the parties, matter is adjourned to 24th, 25th and 26th April, 2023 at 2.30 P.M. for further cross-examination of PW-1 and the witness(PW-1). PW-1 is directed to be present without fail on all the three dates at 2.30 PM.
