Mr. Manoj Kumar, DW-2 is present. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff and defendant are present.

Ld. Counsel for the State of Punjab has further cross-examined DW-2. The Statement of DW-(2) is recorded in question and answer form, from question Nos. 71 to 78.

Ld. Counsel for State of Punjab closed his side of crossexamination.

Ld. Counsel for State of Haryana seeks time for crossexamination of DW-2.

At this stage, with the consent of both the parties and witness, further cross-examination of DW-2 is fixed on 18.03.2024 and 20.03.2024 at 2.30 PM.
