It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 01.12.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in WP(C) No. 2212/2016. Counsel for the petitioner has filed applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgments and orders (registered as I.A. Nos. 1) and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Dheeraj Nair, Advocate has on 09.03.2017 filed application for impleadment to implead the applicants as party respondents (registered as I.A. no. 2) alongwith caveat on behalf of Applicants and the said application is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 28.02.2017, counsel for the petitioner has on 08.03.2017 filed requisite copies of orders dated 01.10.2012, 15.01.2013, 19.01.2015 & 10.03.2016 alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents (registered as I.A. no. 3)and the same is being circulated herewith.
