Having regard to the contentions, the request for extension by eight weeks is allowed. The Court also directs that additional remuneration to the Members of the Committee i.e. Rs.10 Lakhs to the Chairman and Rs.5 Lakhs to the Members be paid for the extended period.
I.A. No. 105450 of 2023 is disposed of, accordingly, M.A. Dy. No. 21380 of 2023 is also disposed of.
