Delay condoned.
Mr. R.S. Suri, Ld. ASG appearing for the petitioners has Hformed this Court that the petitioners have recorded their consent to implement the judgment impugned in the instant petitions and wants some time to carry out calculations and payment to each
$$
employee pursuant thereto.
The order impugned in the instant proceedings was passed by the High Court on 04.11.2019, almost two years back. We consider it appropriate to observe that let the payment be made in compliance of the judgment dated 04.11.2019 to the recipients/ employees before Diwali break and we hope and trust that no further application will be filed even by the employees regarding noncompliance of our Order.
We further clarify that the proceedings in Contempt Petition (C) No. 1660/2020 in OP (CAT) No. 2472/2011 pending before the High Court of Kerala shall remain deferred for a further period of two months.
However, if the petitioners still fail to make compliance, the respondents are at liberty to file application in this Court and we will consider that application as a disobedience of our order for initiating contempt proceedings.
With these observations, the Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
