The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 19.07.2016 when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"Last opportunity of two weeks is granted for filing spare copies for the service of respondent nos. 1a, 1b, 1c(iiv), 1d, 3(i)(a) to 3(i)(d), 5a to 5e. Notices thereafter be issued. Respondent nos. 3(2) and 4 have already filed counter affidavit. Respondent no.2 is granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. List again on 22.9.2016."

It is submitted that despite last opportunity counsel has not filed spare copies for the service of respondent nos. 1(a), 1(b), 1c(iiv), 1(d), 3(i)(a) to 3(i)(d), and 5(a) to 5(e) hence notice could not be issued.

It is further submitted that counsel for respondent no.2 has not filed counter affidavit, so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Report.
