UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 4-20 who was granted last opportunity for curing the defects in the vakalatnama, has not cured the defects in spite of last opportunity granted. Ld.counsel seeks time again. I am inclined to grant three more weeks time subject to the condition that he takes steps and deposits of Rs. 500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within three weeks.

If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for appropriate orders. If defects are cured, list the matter on 6.04.2011.
