It is submitted that there are twelve respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Respondent No. 1 to 9 and 12 are represented through M/s. MCLM & Co. and Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocates Respondent No. 11 has been served with Notice of Lodgement of petition of Appeal but no appearance has been filed so far. Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal was also issued to Respondent No. 10 through Appellate Tribunal and the Certificate of Service is still awaited. Notice was also issued to Respondent No. 10 through High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and service report has been received stating therein that "notice could not be served as the said respondent vacated the premises two years back". Hence, the service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is not complete. The appellant has not taken any steps in respect of Respondent No. 10 despite order dated 3rd December, 2012 of Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

It is submitted that M/s. MCLM & Co., Advocate has on 23rd March, 2013 filed counter statement on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 9.

It is submitted that Ms. Sharmila Upadhyay, Counsel for Appellant has on 26th August, 2014 filed application for bringing on record the change in name and address of the parties and Implead TSTRANSCO as Appellant. The said application has been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos.69-102 of 2014 and placed with the Appeal Paper Books.

There are two respondents in the matters. Respondent No. 2 is represented through Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate. Respondent No. 1 has been served with Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal but no appearance has been file so far. Counsel for appellant has filed statement of case. Original Record of the matter has been received from the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
