UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners in SLP(C) No. 11818/2007 state that they have filed process fee on 21.9.2008. They have got the photo copy of the filing memo of the process fee however office has categorically states in its letter addressed to Mr. D.S. Mahra, Advocate that office has not received process fee on 21.2.2008.

Initially office is directed to issue notice without process fee at the earliest.

Office is further directed to verify the record again. For the purpose learned counsel for the petitioners has to provide photo copy of his filing memo to the Registry.
