"Service of the sole respondent is still awaited. However, the Ld. Advocate, Mr. Sarvesh Singh has appeared for the sole respondent. Two weeks' time is requested to file vakalatnama. Be filed, as assured. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter. List again on 19.11.2015."

It is submitted that neither A.D card nor unserved cover has been received back in the registry so far. The service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of sole respondent.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sarvesh Singh, Advocate has on 02.09.2015 appeared on behalf of sole respondent and requested to file Vakalatnama but he has not filed Vakalatnama so far. Hence, no counter affidavit filed.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
