Perused the affidavit filed by the Director General-cum-Inspector General of Police, Andhra Pr adesh. The Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad is directed to send non-bailable warrant of arrest against Mohd. Irfan Kari to the Superintendent of Police, Hyderabad who shal l see that warrant of arrest is executed and send compliance report to this Court within a pe riod of one month from today. Put up this matter after six weeks.
