The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass following order:

"In the order dated 21.07.2014, wherever the word 'Arbitrators' appears, it shall be read as 'Mediators'.

List the matter on August 1, 2014.

The arrangement between the parties which was suggested on 21.07.2014 for stay in Delhi along with their two daughters shall continue till next date of hearing.

Ms. Sadhna Ramachandran, learned mediator, Delhi High Court Mediation Centre, is requested to provide counselling to the parties.

Ms. Madhavi Divan and Ms. V. Mohana, learned advocates, who were requested to mediate between the parties, shall facilitate the counselling of the parties with Ms. Sadhna Ramachandran, learned mediator, Delhi High Court Mediation Centre."

It is submitted that certified copy of record of proceeding dated 25th July, 2014 and 21st July, 2014 were issued to Ms. Sadhana Ramachandran, Ld Mediator, Delhi High Court Mediation Centre.

It is further submitted that a report from Delhi High Court Mediation and Consiliation Centre has been received and the same has been sent to the residences of Hon'ble Judges by Special Messenger.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
