It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 24.8.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LAA No. 551/2011 with application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP (barred by time by 531 days) and the same has been condoned vide Hon'ble Chamber Judge order dated 10.3.2014. Accordingly, the matter has been registered.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 11589/2012 arising out of CC No. 5221/2012 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.3.2012 with connected matters , when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Consequently, the same has been converted into Civil Appeal No. 3389/2012. Copy of order dated 30.3.2012 is enclosed herewith and the said appeal is not ready. (Main matter C.A. No. 674/2012).

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
