In the meantime, status quo with regard to property, as on today, be maintained by the parties.

counter affidavit is filed on their behalf. Ms. Supreeeta Sharanagouda, Advocate

accept notice on behalf of respondent No. 6 and also filed counter affidavit on his

behalf. As per tracking report of Postal Authority, Service of notice is effected on

respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5 but no appearance is filed.

Service of show cause notice is complete.
