These are appeals by special leave filed against the judgment and order dated 23.09.2015 and 30.03.2016 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam passed in OP (CAT) No. 3775 of 2013(Z) and R.P. No. 1021 of 2015 in O.P. (CAT) No. 3775 of 2013.

It is submitted that there are three respondents (Common in both matters). Certificate of service has been received in respect of all the respondents from High Court stating therein that all respondents have been served.

It is further submitted that Mr. Suvidutt M.S., Advocate has on 29.11.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are served but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this report.
